Role Description

The Junior Tester will be responsible for conducting manual and automated testing, creating and executing test cases, and reporting and tracking issues. The Junior Tester will also work closely with the development team to ensure quality of the product. This is an on-site role located in Taguig.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
  • Experience in manual or automated testing
  • Experience in creating and executing test cases
  • Ability to document and report issues accurately
  • Must be knowledgeable in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), BI, GUI, AGILE and WATERFALL.
  • Must be knowledgeable in Defect Life Cycle.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional development teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Relevant software testing certification is a plus
