Schedule: Monday- Friday

Salary Package: Php 155,520 - Php 181,440

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in designing, building, and deploying complex Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative and scalable Salesforce implementations while mentoring junior team members and ensuring alignment with architectural standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions in line with architectural guidelines.

  • Utilize strong Salesforce consulting and technical expertise to provide end-to-end solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud .

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to scope and design enhancements that address diverse business requirements and improve customer experience.

  • Advise on Salesforce best practices and oversee the technical design and integration of platform components.

  • Work closely with developers and functional consultants to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with architectural standards.

  • Mentor and guide junior developers and testers, fostering technical growth within the team.

  • Participate in solutioning and estimation activities to define project scope and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience implementing and leading Salesforce solutions.

  • In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform , particularly across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Community Cloud and common AppExchange apps.

  • Experience with Health Cloud is highly preferred but not mandatory.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Omnistudio, Copado, API Web Services , and Salesforce declarative tools.

  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Application Architect, Technical Architect).
