Automation Tester (Junior to Senior) Location: Taguig | Hybrid (3x a week) Shift: Morning Shift Salary: Junior (1-2 years): up to ₱50K/month Senior (3-5 years): up to ₱105K/month Job Description We are looking for Junior and Senior Automation Testers who are passionate about quality assurance and driven to deliver seamless user experiences. You will work closely with a dedicated squad team, helping drive product quality by creating robust test scripts and integrating automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline. Responsibilities Create test plans and scripts for both manual and automated testing. Develop scalable and reliable automated tests and frameworks. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to boost efficiency and consistency. Ensure all assigned testing deliverables are completed on time within the sprint and release cycle. Generate and communicate test reports to key stakeholders. Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, and business users to address defects and improve quality. Advocate and implement automation best practices. Participate actively in squad events and foster continuous improvement. Stay up-to-date on testing trends to continuously enhance processes. Assist in sprint planning for resources and timelines. Skills and Tools Automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, Java, Maven, Postman API Testing: REST and SOAP Familiar with Azure DevOps Pipelines and parallel test execution Experience testing web, mobile, and Windows applications Agile methodologies and tools: JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint Cross-platform and cross-product testing experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, or equivalent experience Junior Level: 1–2 years of automation testing experience Senior Level: 3–5 years of automation testing experience Strong understanding of business processes and ability to learn systems in-depth Experience working with external vendors or parties is a plus Why Join Us?
