If you have a passion for improving product quality through both manual and automated testing—and you're excited about leading a team—this role is for you. Lead and mentor junior QA team members Collaborate with Product Managers to define testable acceptance criteria Enhance and review current test strategies and processes Research and implement new testing tools and methodologies Provide strong technical leadership and contribute to team best practices What’s Expected in the First 6 Months Become familiar with the product, squad, Agile practices, and QA processes Create test analysis based on requirements using QA’s standard guidelines Lead or assist in test case creation, execution, and reporting Begin writing test automation scripts 4–7 years of experience in software development or QA Strong experience in Agile environments Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills Nice-to-Have Skills Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) Experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks Quality Assurance Performance Testing Manual Testing Working Location If the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
