ABOUT YOUR KEY ROLE

Oversee and optimize SCCM, Intune, Patch My PC, and 1E environments by improving patch compliance and endpoint visibility, proactively monitoring and maintaining endpoint health, streamlining software deployment and patch cycles, and ensuring secure, consistent management across the hybrid environment.

Endpoint Management

  • SCCM (Configuration Manager)

o Review and assume management of current SCCM infrastructure.

o Maintain and monitor device collections, deployments, and baselines.

o Manage OS deployment and task sequences.

o Maintain and optimize distribution points.

o Troubleshoot client issues and SCCM agent health.

  • Microsoft Intune

o Manage Intune policies and MDM-enrolled devices.

o Maintain compliance and configuration profiles.

o Configure and update conditional access and security baselines.

o Manage application deployments and mobile device onboarding.

  • 1E (Digital Experience Monitoring & Endpoint Automation)

o Administer and support 1E tools such as Tachyon for real-time endpoint automation and remediation.

o Ensure digital experience scoring, endpoint inventory accuracy, and automation runbooks are maintained.

o Generate and interpret end-user experience analytics and provide actionable insights.

Patch Management

  • Patch My PC

o Maintain and monitor Patch My PC Publisher integration with SCCM and Intune.

o Ensure third-party application patching is regularly reviewed, approved, and deployed.

o Validate packaging and deployment workflows for automated updates.

  • Microsoft Patching (via SCCM & Intune)

o Manage monthly Microsoft patch cycles.

o Monitor deployment success/failure and remediate non-compliant devices.

o Maintain deployment rings for staged rollouts.
