• Serve as a working manager responsible for leading and participating in all aspects of endpoint management operations.
• Provide strategic oversight and hands-on support for endpoint management tools including Tanium, Intune, GPO, JAMF, and others.
• Supervise and mentor the Senior Systems Administrator/Engineer and other team members in endpoint management.
• Coordinate endpoint management tasks across global teams and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Define and own the strategy for application and operating system lifecycle management, including planning, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
• Ensure best practices are implemented for configuring, administering, and supporting endpoint tools.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of endpoint management tools.
• Lead root cause analysis efforts and ensure timely resolution of endpoint issues.
• Support OS deployment automation and software packaging/patching strategies.
• Manage integration of business applications into endpoint management tools.
• Develop project plans, track progress, and report to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure cohesive endpoint management practices.
• Oversee global software distribution and OS patching for Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Implement and manage mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
• Coordinate security patch and software testing schedules.
• Generate and present endpoint management reports and dashboards.
• Maintain the health and availability of endpoint management systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in endpoint management, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proficiency with endpoint management tools such as Tanium, Intune, JAMF, and Active Directory Group Policy.
• Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
• Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans while remaining hands-on with technical tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
