Join the dynamic finance team at Honda Philippines. We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor who will be responsible for the seamless daily operation of the Budget unit and the preparation of comprehensive financial reports and presentations essential for high-level management performance review.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Direct the daily operations of the Budget unit, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Provide critical support to management during the financial review of company performance.
  • Analyze and Monitor actual financial operational results against the established budget/plan.
  • Prepare and Deliver comprehensive budget reports and compelling financial presentations for leadership review.
  • Ensure all financial processes and reporting adhere to established accounting principles and standards.

Must-Have Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Must possess a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
  • Must have previous direct people management experience, including supervising and coaching direct reports.
  • Must have a strong, proven track record of related experience in an equivalent accounting/budgeting position.
  • Must be knowledgeable in Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
  • Must possess demonstrably strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs (especially Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Must be willing to work on-site at FPIP, Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
