Salary Range:
₱18,000–₱30,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

Are you an experienced Sales Executive with strong connections in the HORECA industry? We are looking for a driven, client-focused professional who can build and manage relationships with Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering (HORECA) partners while promoting high-quality fresh produce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify, target, and acquire new HORECA clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering, Food Service companies)
  • Conduct field visits, product presentations, and menu requirement discussions
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

2. Account Management

  • Manage and grow assigned client accounts
  • Build strong relationships with chefs, purchasing teams, and F&B managers
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensure timely delivery by coordinating with logistics
  • Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally

3. Product Knowledge & Quality Assurance

  • Maintain strong understanding of vegetable varieties, seasonality, and handling requirements
  • Provide clients with proper product knowledge and usage recommendations
  • Ensure product freshness and quality during client visits
  • Stay updated on food safety standards and best practices

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field
  • 2–3 years sales experience in HORECA, Food Service, FMCG, or Agriculture
  • Has existing network or experience dealing with chefs, restaurants, hotels, or food distributors (advantage)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
  • Fluent in English and Tagalog

WORK CONDITIONS

  • Field-based role with daily client visits
  • Flexible schedule (includes early morning market visits and occasional evening restaurant calls)
  • May require weekend or holiday work depending on client needs
  • Company vehicle, fuel allowance, and mobile phone provided
