The Area Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing sales activities within a designated region to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and enhance customer satisfaction. The role involves leading a team of sales representatives, developing strategic sales plans, and fostering strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth.

Sales and Strategy Execution

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales goals.

  2. Identify new business opportunities and ensure expansion of customer base.

  3. Conduct market analysis to assess customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.

Team Leadership and Development

  1. Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.

  2. Set sales targets and provide coaching to achieve or exceed objectives.

  3. Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.

Client Relationship Management

  1. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  2. Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  3. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.

Operational and Administrative Duties

  1. Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for management

  2. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  3. Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, marketing, and finance to streamline operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
