Job Description

As a Loan Reviewer, you will ensure accuracy and compliance across all closing documents, from borrower details to disclosure tracking. You'll verify, index, and coordinate with third parties to complete documentation while maintaining detailed records of each loan. Your attention to detail keeps every transaction seamless and compliant.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Welcome to accept candidates without experience
• Course/Skill requirement - No mortgage background needed, new grad preferably
• Available to render overtime, work on every PH holiday and/or work weekends, if needed
• Available to work on site. Training will be done at our Makati office
• Willing to work on a graveyard shift

Your Daily Tasks

• Validate accurate information in closing documents (borrower's name, property address, signature, dates, etc.)
• Index documents to their proper placeholders
• Check disclosure tracking to determine the validity of the signature date of the closing disclosures, date of disclosures, etc.
• Reach out to third parties to request missing/incomplete documents and follow up on such requests
• Accurately update loan status through internal communication log
• Prioritize pipeline review based on loan type
• Assist team with any additional tasks, as assigned
• Demonstrate a proactive team player attitude with leadership mentality; dependable, detail-oriented, and organized
