We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
  • Generate leads for potential clients of Clozette.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with existing and new clients and agencies.
  • Secure campaign briefs from existing and potential clients & develop compelling ideas/proposals based on client briefs in order to achieve their objectives which includes determining the Budget and KPI.
  • Present proposals to clients and close deals in order to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Work closely with the campaign team to make sure that client campaigns are implemented successfully and KPIs are achieved.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports.
  • Lead the creation of engaging, high-performing content tailored to target audiences.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Manage external agencies or vendors when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital campaigns.
  • Experienced in generating revenue for company – prospecting, pitching, securing and growing relationships with clients
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into actionable strategies.
