Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain the brand's creative vision, ensuring consistency across all marketing initiatives, including campaigns, digital channels, packaging, and retail displays.
  • Lead the creative process from concept development to execution for product launches, seasonal initiatives, and marketing campaigns, working closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, art directors, copywriters, and content creators, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity.
  • Oversee the approval process for final creative assets, ensuring high-quality standards before production or public release.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners (photographers, stylists, influencers, agencies) to enhance creative outcomes and streamline production.
  • Develop and manage the annual creative budget, tracking expenses to ensure optimal ROI, while negotiating with vendors and agencies to optimize cost and production quality.
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders, incorporating their feedback to refine and enhance project quality.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and creative improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive creative experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within beauty, cosmetics, or fashion is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, campaign work, and innovative design concepts.
  • Proven track record in managing creative budgets and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing creative teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, photography direction, video productions, and digital content creation.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business sense and a passion for creativity.
