The Role

  • Perform data mining, including predictive analytics and trend analysis.
  • Design, develop, and visualize reports and interactive dashboards.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining databases or standalone data sources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to understand and document requirements.
  • Develop DAX scripts to calculate metrics and KPIs presented in dashboards.
  • Work closely with database administrators, quality analysts, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
  • Support data collection, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of identified issues.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and accurate project documentation.
  • Contribute to project planning, provide work estimates, and assist in developing project roadmaps.
  • Ensure compliance with team standards, best practices, and policies.

The Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in business intelligence and report development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Spotfire, PowerPivot, or Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Visual Studio.
  • Strong SQL skills, with the ability to create and optimize queries.
  • Experience in data analysis, data modeling, and visualization.
  • Proficient in production support and troubleshooting common report or data issues.
  • Ability to prepare reports, business requirement documents, process flow diagrams, and testing plans.
  • Skilled in creating presentation-ready visuals, charts, and reports under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Strong adaptability to shifting priorities, ambiguity, and changing business needs.
  • Fast learner with the ability to apply new tools, processes, and knowledge effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working independently and collaboratively in a global or cross-functional team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
