We are seeking a
Business Intelligence (BI) Developer
with strong expertise in Azure BI tools and data warehousing. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires a mix of technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data integration workflows using
    Azure Data Factory
    ,
    Synapse
    , and
    Data Lake
    .
  • Develop and maintain
    data warehouse architecture
    , ensuring efficient ETL processes and optimized performance.
  • Create and manage
    data models
    to support analytics and reporting needs.
  • Build interactive dashboards and reports using
    Power BI
    ,
    Tableau
    , or
    Looker
    (visualization is important but not the primary focus).
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications:

Must-have:

  • Solid hands-on experience with
    Azure BI tools
    (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake).
  • Strong understanding of
    data warehousing design, architecture, and ETL processes
    .
  • Proven ability in
    data modeling and integration techniques
    .

Preferred:

  • Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Familiarity with SQL and scripting languages for data manipulation.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to coordinate with business analysts and stakeholders effectively.
