Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our Sustainability Reporting team. The successful candidate will work closely with ESG data specialists to develop comprehensive internal and client-facing reporting templates that support sustainability initiatives and regulatory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for ESG data visualization
  • Collaborate with the Sustainability Reporting team to understand business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions
  • Develop client-facing report templates that meet specific ESG reporting standards and frameworks
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on Power BI functionalities
  • Participate in data governance initiatives and maintain documentation for all developed solutions

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the technology space (BI, data analytics, or related), including 2+ years building Power BI solutions
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) - essential requirement
  • Professional qualification in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to work with complex datasets and create meaningful visualizations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attitude toward learning new technologies and embracing challenges

Preferred Qualifications (good to have):

  • Python development experience is a significant advantage
  • Hands-on experience with other analytics and reporting tools (Qlik Sense, Tableau, or similar platforms)
  • Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability metrics
  • Experience with SQL, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and their analytics services
  • Previous experience in professional services or consulting environment
