Marketing Admin Assistant
We're looking for an organized and efficient Marketing Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is mainly about supporting our office with everyday tasks, but we also need someone who has a little experience or understanding of payroll. You'll be a key part of keeping our office running smoothly and helping with important financial details.

What you'll do:
- Office Support: Handle daily office duties like managing schedules, organizing documents, answering calls, and handling mail.
- Data Entry: Input and update information, including employee records.
- Basic Payroll Help: Assist with simple payroll tasks, such as gathering timesheets, checking basic attendance data, or helping with payroll-related documents. You don't need to be an expert
- Supply Management: Keep track of and order office supplies.
- General Admin: Provide overall administrative help to our team as needed.
What we're looking for:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Some basic exposure or understanding of payroll processes. Maybe you've helped with it in a past job, or you're just keen to learn
- Good with computers, especially Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- You pay attention to details and are accurate in your work.
- You can talk and write clearly.
- You are organized and can manage different tasks at once.
- You're reliable and a team player.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php600.00 per day
