  • Strong skills in Excel and documentation
  • Organized, accurate, and reliable
  • Can work under minimal supervision
  • Willing to work in Paliparan, Cavite
  • Preferably living nearby or with easy commute
  • Encode incoming and outgoing items in system/Excel
  • Assist in receiving, checking, and releasing of stocks
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel, drivers, and head office for requests and schedules
  • Prepare daily reports, delivery summaries, and material request forms
  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies
  • Handle filing and safekeeping of documents
  • Assist with audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17, Php21,000.00 per month
