AS TO ELIGIBILITIES, GACDC is ISO certified by International Standards Certifications Philippines, Inc. and was granted Triple A LICENSE by the PHIL. CONTRACTORS ACCREDITATION BOARD IN 1992.

We are looking for a very dependable Planning Engineer who shall oversee and track project progress, implementing effective monitoring systems to ensure adherence to schedules and milestones. He shall prepare and present detailed reports and analyses on project advancements, highlighting achievements, obstacles, and potential solutions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Prepare construction schedule, bar chart/CPM/S-Curve.

  2. Prepare Manpower Loading, Equipment Loading & Material Procurement Plan

  3. Compute cumulative scheduled percentage weight for a given period.

  4. Provide HR with manpower loading requirements.

  5. Monitor manpower loading (actual vs. scheduled).

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. The applicant must be a graduate of B.S. in Civil Engineering course.

  2. Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer;

  3. Must have at least 5 years of work experience in the construction of high rise buildings and land development;

  4. Must be computer literate (with knowledge in PRIMAVERA P6, MS PROJECT & MS Word and Excel);

  5. Willing to be assigned at the Batangas construction project;
