Job Summary Work with the project team in achieving the Master Construction Schedule. Assist Planning Head and Senior Planning Engineers in Project concerns General Responsibilities Understand work scope, quantity and familiar with logical sequences in terms of engineering, manufacturing and construction disciplines Assist Planning Head and Senior Planning Engineers in Project concerns Study and Prepare Master Schedule Prepare Proposed Equipment and Manpower Loading Prepare Procurement and Submittal Schedule Analyze project expenditure and budgets, reviewing and administering contract Monitoring of Project Cost through Planned Accomplishment versus Actual Accomplishment (Using S-Curve) Study, Prepare, Verify and Reconcile Project Time Extension Claim Maintain records and composes correspondence relative to work Attends meetings and project conferences to discuss department operations, proposals and techniques for the resolution of the problems Prepare Project Daily, Weekly and Month Reports Prepares Catch-up and Revised Schedule Coordinates schedule and reports to project team (work collaboratively with DATEM other departments, Subcontractors, and Owner Representative) Educational Attainment Engineering Graduate Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional Licensure Exam) Work Experience At least 1 year experience in the Construction Industry; preparation of schedule, reconciliations, analysis and other planning and engineering related tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
