About the role

Become an integral part of the GW Fortune Builders' team as a Planning Engineer. In this full-time position based in Mandaue City, Cebu, you will be responsible for developing and managing construction project plans and schedules, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying critical path activities and milestones
  • Collaborate with project teams to monitor progress and identify potential delays or risks
  • Provide regular progress updates and forecast reports to management
  • Identify opportunities for schedule improvements and efficiencies
  • Assist in the preparation of bids and tenders by providing accurate planning and scheduling information
  • Support the implementation of project management best practices across the business

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience as a Planning Engineer or Project Planner in the construction industry
  • Proficient in using project management software such as Primavera or MS Project
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across multiple projects
