
Legal Assistant

Job Summary
Responsible to support the Legal and Compliance Department in a retail setting, ensuring compliance with PSE and SEC regulations, maintaining corporate governance standards, coordinating with internal teams, and managing board and shareholder meeting documentation.
· Ensure compliance with corporate governance policies and regulatory obligations under PSE and SEC guidelines
· Coordinate with various departments to support legal, regulatory, and ethical business practices
· Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of legal and regulatory documents, disclosures, and filings
· Organize and manage board and shareholder meetings, including the preparation of notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions
· Maintain and update legal records, corporate documents, and compliance databases
· Liaise with external counsel, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders as required
· Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Job Qualifications· Bachelor's Degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field
· Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a legal or compliance support role, preferably in a corporate or retail environment
· Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks and regulatory compliance (PSE, SEC)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
