About the role

MCArki Architectural Design is seeking a talented CAD Architect to join our dynamic team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As a CAD Architect, you will play a crucial role in translating our clients' visions into detailed architectural designs using industry-leading CAD software. What you'll be doing

  • Producing accurate and detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models for a variety of architectural projects
  • Collaborating closely with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure designs meet requirements
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform the design process
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest architectural design trends and technologies
  • Providing support and advice to junior team members as needed

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience as a CAD Architect or similar role
  • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other industry-standard CAD software
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams
  • A relevant degree in Architecture or a related field
  • With background in ID Fit out and Commercial Fit Out
  • With skill in Microsoft Office tools
  • Listener and can take notes during meeting and can assist with client meetings
