How many members to manage? 5 members
Key Responsibilities:
Overall management of KEPI's sales operation.
Review sales targets and recommend a strategic sales plan to ensure it is achieved.
Optimize sales profitability by increasing sales volume and setting sales prices that are adaptable to the current state of supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Review and control of inventory level.
Promote our products and expand KEP's customer base.
Formulate, review, and ensure strict implementation of procedures in the Sales Department. Recommend a new procedure if necessary.
Analyze the Sales Performance for each month and formulate action after analysis.
Coordinate with the Finance department in minimizing costs and expenses.
Ensure "Customer's Satisfaction" through excellent service in terms of on-time delivery and compliance with customers' requirements.
Make sure that all inquiries/requests of customers will be answered on time.
Make sure that all Customer complaints will be given proper attention, corrective action, and a timely solution.
College Graduate of Any Course
Sales, Sales support, or any customer-related jobs, ex, customer support (any industry is fine, but prefer manufacturing or trading in car parts or precision equipment)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Japanese skill above N3 or equivalent skill (Speaking is important than reading and writing)
Benefits:
HMO, 13th month pay, SL/VL, Bonus (depending on performance, but 2 months in addition to 13th month pay provided)
Work schedule: Mon - Fri 8 am - 5 pm
