Recruitment Specialist

The Recruitment Specialist supports the Talent Acquisition team in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. This role is responsible for the timely fulfillment of manpower requirements across multiple service units, ensuring candidates meet role-specific competencies, qualifications, and agreed service levels.
Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Analyze business trends and workforce data to anticipate short-, mid-, and long-term hiring needs.
- Develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies to increase applicant volume.
- Source candidates across multiple channels for all approved requisitions.
- Identify and execute new sourcing strategies to strengthen hiring capacity.
- Manage the company's Referral Program and other sourcing initiatives.
- Build and maintain an active pool of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
- Strengthen and promote the company's employer brand internally and externally.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all company requisitions.
- Conduct phone screenings, initial interviews, cold calls, and other selection activities.
- Assess candidate qualifications and overall role fit.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements and competencies.
- Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and databases.
- Prepare and complete all required candidate documentation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for selected candidates and coordinate onboarding requirements.
- Organize onboarding plans in coordination with department heads.
- Ensure timesheets are completed and submitted accurately and on time.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of solid recruitment experience in the Healthcare industry is highly preferred.
- Experience in RPO/VMS recruitment preferably in the North American market.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, HR systems, and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a hybrid or remote setup.
- Willing to work night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) to align with U.S. operations.
- Available to start immediately.
