The Role
We're looking for a skilled
Talent Acquisition Specialist | Recruitment Specialist
with
2–3 years of solid experience
in
general recruitment
. This role will be under a
project-based contract for 6 months to 1 year
, supporting high-volume and specialized hiring needs across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Recruit for a range of roles across both local and regional markets.
- Source candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and direct headhunting.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines to support ongoing project requirements.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely communication.
- Prepare recruitment reports and support employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience
. - Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using ATS and modern recruitment tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Willing and able to work under a project-based contract for 6–12 months.
