As a Talent Partner Intern, you will be responsible for engaging key business partners in order to understand the needs of different hiring teams of top organizations in the world, set the agenda for hiring syncs with managers, candidates and own the flow and outcomes of those meetings.

This is not your typical internship - you will have truly meaningful projects to work on. This internship will provide the chance to define your skills, apply them in a professional setting, and have a direct impact on business results. At this internship, your projects will deliver leading-edge deep understanding in areas of Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

We are looking for students who:

  • Are expected to graduate by 2023.
  • Are born leaders and are passionate to make things happen
  • Have an external focus and a real passion for Human Resources
  • Like to bring creativity & innovation to their work
  • Have strong analytical thinking and skills
  • Collaborate well with diverse groups of people
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English, comfortable writing and speaking English as daily conversation
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
  • Available for at least 4 months
