We're hiring for Pearl—which places top 1% talent from around the world into operational roles at startups. We've bootstrapped our company to a couple of million in revenue and are adding ~$400K in annualized revenue each month to our topline. Our clients are fast-growing startups that have raised over $3B in funding from Sequioa, a16z, Founders Fund, Y Combinator, and other top VC firms.

I'm a 3x founder and most recently was investing into deep tech companies as COO of a fund in SF: I grew up in the Philippines myself—which is why I care so much about giving international talent opportunities to work at the best companies in the world) and most recently was investing.

This is a completely WFH opportunity where you'll come in and help the recruitment team reach new heights. We'll need someone who can overlap working ET hours.

The Role:

As our Recruitment Intern, you'll be responsible for supporting our fast-growing recruitment team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment operations, sourcing, and candidate management. You will gain exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across the team.

What You'll Do:
  • Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen candidate applications and resumes for initial qualification.
  • Support in coordinating interviews and assessments between candidates and recruiters.
  • Update and maintain candidate records in the ATS (Workable).
  • Assist in preparing weekly reports on candidate pipelines and recruitment activities.
  • Conduct market research on candidate pools and competitor hiring trends.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative and operational support to the recruitment team.
  • Shadow recruiters to learn full-cycle recruitment best practices.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (e.g., Docs, Sheets, Slides); familiarity with ATS tools is a plus (e.g., Workable).
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a proactive team player.
