Fast Logistics is hiring a strong finance leader who can oversee end-to-end financial management—from site operations finance to strategic planning & analysis. This role partners closely with operations and senior management to drive profitability, efficiency, and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the finance team; drive performance and capability building
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and long-term projections
  • Prepare accurate financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses
  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis for business cases, new projects, and CAPEX
  • Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and process improvements
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury requirements
  • Support cost management, profitability reviews, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and guide strategic decisions
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or related field; CPA / CFA / MBA a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance Management or FP&A (logistics or similar industry preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in budgeting, modeling, and financial systems (SAP/Oracle advantage)
  • Excellent leadership, business partnering, and communication skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
