Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week to apply.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10AM to 6PM Manila time.

Employment type: Permanent

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila

Pay range: We value transparency and want to ensure a good fit for both parties. We encourage applicants who are comfortable within the salary range of Php 102,000 to 139,000 to apply.

We are recruiting Data & Integration Team Lead who will be part of our central Data & Integration team.  In this role, you will play a key role in driving the delivery of data-driven decision-making by combining people leadership, data product design, and integration engineering. The post holder leads efforts to orchestrate scalable and secure data platforms, reusable data models, and robust API-led connectivity across the organization.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

An ideal candidate has the following qualities:

Essential

• Degree in a technical field with 5+ years in data integration, engineering, or BI development.
• Proven technical leadership, cloud platform proficiency (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communicator, able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable

• Proficient in relational and non-relational databases, data modeling, and scalable data engineering.
• Hands-on with MuleSoft (Mule 4), API design, DataWeave, and integration best practices.
• Skilled in Java, Python, or JavaScript, with solid SQL and microservices knowledge.
• Experience with modern data tools (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Airflow), BI platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiar with agile delivery, data security, and holds relevant certifications (MuleSoft, AWS, Azure, BI).

As part of the selection process, candidates will undergo a technical interview and may be asked to complete a take-home coding exam, which will be shared via email.
