Position Summary.

As a Provisioning Team Leader, you will act as the primary escalation point for level 1 software provisioning issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of L1-L2 provisioning errors for Pax8 partners. Your primary focus will be overseeing the daily shift of Level 1 and 2 Provisioning specialists, collaborating with other Service Delivery teams to resolve complex issues, and providing technical and best practices to the provisioning team. This is a high-impact role that requires familiarity with Pax8 platforms and vendors, strong communication, and a customer-centric approach

This role is based in Makati City, Metro Manila. Employees are expected to work onsite.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

Hands on experience of working within the Service Delivery team is preferred.Reasonable experience in leadership role preferredExperience in software provisioning or a similar IT support role.Highly organized detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyAbility to grasp complex ideas and change direction quickly in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levelsWillingness to work in a shifting schedule
