About the Role

We're looking for an Integration Subject Matter Expert (SME) who can design, implement, and optimize end-to-end integrations using API middleware and ETL tools within a cloud migration setup. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable integration frameworks and guide the entire integration lifecycle—from planning to automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement end-to-end integrations using API middleware tools, REST APIs, and ETL/data transformation solutions.
  • Lead integration architecture across cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Manage configuration, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting in complex integration topologies.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams for smooth delivery of integration workflows.
  • Analyze requirements, document technical specifications, and ensure robust governance and security.
  • Support post-migration activities such as tuning, automation, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Provide technical mentorship on integration best practices, data synchronization, and middleware management.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience in system integration and middleware implementation.
  • Hands-on expertise with API middleware, REST APIs, web services, and ETL/data transformation tools.
  • Solid understanding of integration design patterns, security, and automation.
  • Strong skills in SQL, Unix/Linux scripting, and troubleshooting integration frameworks.
  • Experience in integration for cloud migration or hybrid architectures.
Good-to-Have
  • Certifications in AWS, Azure, or equivalent cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Snowflake, or other modern data integration platforms.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure to data orchestration and API management tools.
