About the role

Premiumbikes Corporation is seeking an experienced Finance Head to oversee the financial operations of our Quezon City office. This is a full-time role based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, with opportunities for career development within our dynamic organization.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
  • Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations
  • Act as a strategic business partner to the regional leadership team

Job Qualification:

  • Proven track record of at least 8 years in financial management, preferably in the accounting or financial reporting industry

  • Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information for non-finance stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and data analysis tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA certification is required
