  • Onboarding: lead the review, design, delivery, planning, management and evaluation of onboarding experience including induction

  • Enterprise learning tool: manage the solution design aligned to Probe needs including pilot introduction, evaluation and broader business rollout

  • Enterprise wide development plan & solution delivery: assist with learning needs analysis and manage the build and delivery of enterprise wide professional development curriculums aligned to Probe capability framework

  • Mentor program: manage pilot design, delivery, evaluation

  • Facilitator Centre Of Excellence: Establish & manage

  • Facilitation: Induction, core learning, leadership, talent

  • Vendor management

  • Budget management

  • Stakeholder management

  • Other: Partner with people team leaders to support a range of organisational development programs including performance framework, attrition management and more
