About the role City People Solutions is seeking a talented and driven Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our diverse range of client organisations in Metro Manila, Philippines. What you'll be doing Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for a variety of roles. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive outreach and networking. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and requirements. Provide expert guidance and advice to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Effectively utilise various recruitment tools and technologies to streamline the process. Maintain detailed records and generate insightful reporting on recruitment activities and KPIs. Continuously stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes. What we're looking for A minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter in the human resources and recruitment industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with a focus on delivering results. Proficient in using various recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems. Thorough understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently. Passion for talent acquisition and a genuine interest in the human resources profession.
