About the role We are seeking a highly experienced Global Operational Risk & Resilience Oversight Manager to join our dynamic team at CMC Energy and Infrastructure Asia, Inc. in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the organisation's operational risk and resilience framework, ensuring our critical business operations remain robust and responsive to evolving challenges. What you'll be doing Develop and implement comprehensive operational risk and resilience strategies, policies and procedures to identify, assess, mitigate and monitor key operational risks across the organisation Oversee the execution of business continuity, disaster recovery and incident response plans to ensure the organisation's ability to withstand and recover from disruptive events Conduct risk and resilience assessments, analysis and reporting to provide senior management with timely and accurate information to support strategic decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed operational risk and resilience practices into day-to-day business processes and project initiatives Lead the development and delivery of training programs to enhance risk and resilience awareness and capabilities across the organisation Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes and best practices to continuously improve the organisation's operational risk and resilience posture What we're looking for Minimum 8 years’ experience in operational risk management, business continuity or related fields within the banking and financial services industry Proven track record in developing and implementing effective operational risk and resilience frameworks Expertise in risk assessment methodologies, incident management, business impact analysis and recovery strategy design Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex risk and resilience concepts into practical solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organisation Relevant professional certifications (e.g. CBRM, CBCP, CRISC) are highly desirable If you are ready to take on this exciting challenge and contribute to the success of our organisation, we encourage you to apply now . #J-18808-Ljbffr
