Human Resource Manager (Strategic Rebuilding Role) Company: Jaoming Marketing Corporation (Erase Beauty Care) Location: 58 Cabatuan Street, La Loma, Quezon City, Metro Manila Job Type: Full-time, On-site Compensation: PHP 40,000 - PHP 60,000 per month (Based on experience) About Us Jaoming Marketing Corporation is the driving force behind Erase Beauty Care , an iconic Filipino skincare brand with a 30-year legacy. We are in a pivotal phase of growth and transformation, dedicated to restructuring our operations and rebuilding our sales force to reclaim our pre‑pandemic market leadership. The Mission Talent Acquisition: Immediately lead a high‑priority recruitment drive to build our new national sales team, starting with National and Regional Sales Managers. Organisational Rebuilding: Partner directly with senior leadership to design and implement a new organisational structure, modernise HR systems, and develop a high‑performance culture that will restore Erase Beauty Care to its former glory. Key Responsibilities Strategic Talent Acquisition Design and execute the end‑to‑end recruitment strategy for all roles, with an immediate focus on sourcing and hiring our National and Regional Sales Managers. Utilise modern, digital sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, etc.) to attract top‑tier sales talent. Organisational Development & Restructuring Partner with leadership to assess, redesign, and implement a new, efficient organisational structure. Develop clear job descriptions, career paths, and OKR/KPI‑based performance management systems. HR Modernisation Review, create, and implement all core HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are fit for a modern, digital‑first workforce. Develop and deploy digital onboarding and training programmes for new hires, especially the incoming sales team. HR Operations Manage all day‑to‑day HR functions, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance. Champion a culture of accountability, resilience, and success. Qualifications and Skills Proven "Builder" Experience: You must have demonstrable experience in an HR leadership role where you successfully rebuilt teams or managed a significant organisational restructure. Recruitment Expertise: Strong, proven success in full‑cycle recruitment, especially for senior‑level sales and marketing roles. Digital Proficiency: Highly proficient in using digital recruitment tools, HRIS, and creating digital materials for training and onboarding. Strategic Mindset: You must be a strategic thinker who can see the "big picture" and partner with leadership, not just manage administrative tasks. Resilience & Drive: Hands‑on leader who is resilient, results‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced "turnaround" environment. Preferred: Experience in the FMCG, beauty, skincare, or retail/distribution industry is a significant advantage.
