Step into the role of a people champion As our Human Resources Officer, your mission is to bring to life the strategic people policies that make our mall thrive. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth recruitment, effective compensation planning, and strong employee relations. Help us foster a workplace where management and staff collaborate in harmony aligned with corporate guidelines and labor laws.

What you will do:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Implement compensation and benefits programs that support retention and motivation
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace concerns professionally
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Support performance management and career development initiatives
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting

What we need:

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in Human Resources
• Strong background in personnel administration and HR operations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be assigned in SM Rosales, Pangasinan
