Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all assigned stores, ensuring consistency and adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, identify issues, and provide support.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.

Sales & Business Performance

  • Monitor sales performance and set targets for store managers.
  • Implement strategies to drive revenue growth and control costs.
  • Analyze sales reports, KPIs, and market trends to make informed decisions.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff.
  • Provide coaching, motivation, and performance feedback to improve team effectiveness.
  • Foster a customer-first culture across all stores.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure high standards of customer service across all locations.
  • Handle escalated customer issues when necessary.
  • Implement company initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Inventory & Merchandising

  • Oversee stock management, ensuring availability and minimizing losses.
  • Ensure correct implementation of promotions, pricing, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Monitor shrinkage and implement loss prevention measures.

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Communicate company updates, initiatives, and goals to store teams effectively.
  • Act as the main link between head office and store-level management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years' experience in multi-site retail management, ideally in convenience, grocery, or FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and retail management systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
