The
ITC Procurement Manager
is responsible for leading procurement activities and driving data-informed strategies across the Information Technology and Communication (ITC) category. This role leverages analytics, market intelligence, and supplier management to optimize cost, performance, and compliance. The Manager plays a critical role in ensuring procurement excellence through category strategy execution, system integration, and governance that supports digital transformation and organizational objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Category Management & Strategic Sourcing
- Develop and execute ITC category strategies covering hardware, software, cloud, telecoms, and digital services.
- Conduct market analysis, supplier segmentation, and cost modeling to support sourcing decisions.
- Lead negotiations and supplier selection processes to achieve best value while ensuring compliance with standards.
- Drive total cost of ownership (TCO) savings, innovation, and risk mitigation within ITC procurement.
Procurement Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, validate, and analyze procurement data across ERP and ITC sourcing platforms.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, spend patterns, and supplier performance.
- Provide actionable insights to support budgeting, forecasting, and business case development.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of procurement data for reporting and decision-making.
Performance Management & Supplier Governance
- Monitor supplier performance using KPIs, SLAs, and benchmarking.
- Facilitate supplier reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders to align procurement strategies with technology roadmaps.
- Support ESG, sustainability, and compliance requirements across the ITC supplier base.
Systems & Process Optimization
- Partner with IT and procurement teams to enhance system integration and digital procurement capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes, streamline reporting, and improve procurement efficiency.
- Support implementation of e-procurement tools and digital transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
- Act as procurement's key interface with IT, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders.
- Present insights and strategies clearly and persuasively to senior leadership.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior procurement staff within the ITC category.
- Champion procurement best practices, governance, and policy compliance.
WHO YOU ARE
Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, IT, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in ITC category management.
- Strong knowledge of IT procurement (hardware, software, cloud, telecoms, managed services).
- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Proven negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to Have:
- Master's Degree or professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, ITIL, or analytics credentials).
- Experience with SQL, Python, or R for advanced data analysis.
- Familiarity with digital procurement platforms (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, ServiceNow).
- Knowledge of ESG, supplier risk management, and compliance frameworks.
