About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Procurement Manager to lead category management and sourcing initiatives across key business areas. This role oversees the full procurement lifecycle—from supplier selection to contract management—ensuring cost efficiency, supply reliability, and long-term value creation. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to build a resilient and high-performing supply base.

Key Responsibilities

Supply & Risk Management

  • Analyze market trends and supply-demand dynamics to identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct supplier assessments and site visits to validate capabilities and ensure long-term supply sustainability.

Supplier Relationship Management

  • Manage the complete supplier lifecycle, including accreditation, performance monitoring, and offboarding.
  • Collaborate with vendors to meet evolving category requirements and resolve performance gaps.

Cost Optimization

  • Perform cost benchmarking and analysis to identify savings opportunities.
  • Leverage market intelligence and negotiation strategies to drive procurement value across categories.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Handle complex procurement requests and provide strategic insights to internal customers.
  • Recommend process improvements based on feedback and evolving business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or any Business-related course.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement, preferably in software, hardware, or IT services.
  • Professional certification in Procurement or Supply Chain is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in supplier management, cost control, negotiation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig under a hybrid setup.
