About the Role

Procurement Assistant ensure timely and proper sourcing, bidding and awarding or purchase documents in accordance to Corporate Procurement Policy.

Location:

Ugong, Pasig City

What you'll do:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end process of procurement of assigned categories or account (sourcing transportation services like air, sea, or road carriers- freight forwarding)
  • Prepares and submits purchase recommendation or bid tabulation for approval
  • Monitor status of submitted orders to suppliers/service providers
  • Attends to feedback or concerns received from suppliers or proponents
  • Provide data information required for management reporting
  • Supplier Management and Performance monitoring and reporting
  • Attends/Facilitates meetings/orientation/trainings with proponents and vendors for process improvement
  • Coordinates with proponents and other concerned departments for procurement related work system, processes/procedures and contracting concerns

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree graduate
  • With experience in Procurement
  • Computer Literate
  • Can work under minimum supervision
  • With good analytical and communication skills
  • With procurement training or certification earned from known procurement institutes is a plus
  • With experience on Ariba Procurement System is a plus
