Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the affiliate program, recruiting and nurturing relationships with influencers, affiliates, and content creators to drive traffic and sales.
  • Plan and execute influencer-driven product launches, events, and promotions, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
  • Analyze campaign performance (engagement, reach, ROI) and optimize based on data insights to maximize results.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align affiliate strategies with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Oversee the affiliate marketing budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities for maximum ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in Influencer/Affiliate Marketing or marketing support roles, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for beauty and cosmetics with a solid understanding of industry trends.
