AFFILIATE AND MARKETING MANAGER

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to oversee and drive the growth of our affiliate marketing programs while aligning with broader marketing strategies. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with influencers, affiliates, and partners to increase brand visibility and drive sales in the beauty industry. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that affiliate and marketing efforts are cohesive and meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and manage the affiliate marketing program, including recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with influencers, affiliates, bloggers, and content creators to drive traffic and increase sales.

● Plan and execute influencer-driven product launches, events, and promotions, ensuring seamless integration with the overall marketing strategy.

● Analyze affiliate campaign performance, including metrics like engagement, reach, ROI, and conversion, and optimize campaigns based on data insights to maximize results.

● Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align affiliate strategies with overall business objectives and brand positioning.

● Maintain strong, effective communication with influencers, KOLs, and affiliates, ensuring alignment of brand messaging and timely execution of campaigns.

● Oversee the affiliate marketing budget, monitor expenses, and ensure maximum return on investment by optimizing offers and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, influencer marketing strategies, and digital marketing best practices, integrating new ideas into the affiliate program.

● Provide regular reports to the head of marketing, presenting campaign results, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

● Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by affiliates, ensuring smooth operations and strong long-term partnerships.

● Work to expand the affiliate network and scale partnerships to drive traffic, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably within the beauty industry.

● Proven track record of growing and managing successful affiliate and influencer marketing programs.

● Experience with affiliate platforms, analytics tools, and data-driven optimization strategies.

● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance and derive actionable insights.

● Ability to stay current with trends in affiliate, influencer, and digital marketing to ensure innovative and effective strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php60,000.00 per month
