We're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager (Cosmetics) to take our brand to the next level by building strong relationships with content creators and managing impactful affiliate partnerships.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, UGC creators, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to amplify brand presence.
  • Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, from outreach to execution, across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Oversee product launches, events, and creator-led promotions that drive engagement and conversions.

  • Manage our Goal Getter Community and TikTok affiliate campaigns to grow customer loyalty and brand love.

  • Expand our affiliate network with performance-driven creators and partners.

  • Develop strategic affiliate initiatives to drive consistent sales and grow brand reach.
  • Lead and mentor our Influencer and Affiliate Specialists — setting clear KPIs and ensuring execution excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, product, etc.) for aligned messaging and campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign data to measure performance and ROI.
  • Provide weekly reports with insights, optimizations, and trend-based recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest influencer marketing and beauty industry trends — local and global.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–3+ years of experience in influencer or affiliate marketing (ideally in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion).
  • Managed or supported creator campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and/or YouTube.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on TikTok platform experience is required.
  • Organized, proactive, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
  • Passion for beauty and cosmetics is a big plus
