We're seeking a motivated individual to lead and grow our affiliate marketing programs, aligning them with broader marketing strategies. This role involves building relationships with influencers, affiliates, and partners to boost brand visibility and drive sales in the beauty industry, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the affiliate program, recruiting and nurturing relationships with influencers, affiliates, and content creators to drive traffic and sales.
  • Plan and execute influencer-driven product launches, events, and promotions, aligning with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Analyze campaign performance, optimize based on data insights (engagement, reach, ROI, conversion) to maximize results.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align affiliate strategies with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Oversee the budget, optimize offers for ROI, stay updated on industry trends, and provide regular reports to leadership for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Influencer/Affiliate Marketing, administration, or marketing support roles, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for beauty and cosmetics with an understanding of industry trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
