  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using our warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with physical inventory.
  • Monitor stock levels and generate reports to identify low stock and prevent stockouts.
  • Forecast supply and demand to optimize ordering and minimize excess inventory.
  • Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely receipt of goods.
  • Track and manage inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure efficient inventory flow.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory management processes and implement cost-saving measures.
  • May participate in physical inventory counts.
