Job Summary:

Manage food and beverage procurement for Ladurée Philippines, ensuring premium quality, strong supplier partnerships, and cost-effective sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies for food, beverages, and related supplies.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts to achieve optimal pricing and quality.
  • Ensure timely procurement and availability of raw materials across commissary and outlets.
  • Monitor inventory levels, usage, and wastage to control costs.
  • Work closely with culinary, operations, and finance teams on forecasting and budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in F&B purchasing or procurement, preferably in hospitality or restaurant groups.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement systems.
