About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR and Admin professional to join our growing team at AOP ADVANCE CLEAN TECH INC'. This full-time role will be based in Quezon City, Metro Manila and will play a key part in supporting our human resources and administrative functions.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting with the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration and performance management
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Providing support for day-to-day administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
- Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing them
- Collaborating with the wider team to foster a positive and engaged company culture
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a similar HR and administration role, ideally within a consulting or generalist HR environment
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to priorities effectively
- Proficient in MS Office suite and HR/payroll software
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a desire to continuously improve processes
