Loan Consultant Relation Officer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assists in creating and implementing loan consultants' recruitment strategies.
  2. Assists in designing training programs and crafting incentive schemes for sales partners.
  3. Supports the Trade Relations Manager in overseeing the department's operations.
  4. Creates a developmental plan for the Trade Relations Associates and oversee their overall performance.
  5. In-charge of acquiring and managing corporate partnerships.
  6. Plans and executes advertising and promotional campaigns related to trade for products or services on a variety of media (social, print, etc.)
  7. Liaises with stakeholders and vendors to promote the success of activities and enhance the company's presence.
  8. Helps maintain the relationship with the acquired corporate partners by answering their queries.
  9. Performs other related tasks that the management may require them to handle

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree related to the position

Work Experience: 2-3 years of account management
