Job Description
  • Directs the sourcing and professional development of a network of loan consultants and sales partners, including the design and implementation of new incentive programs.
  • Guides and mentors, a team of associates, monitoring performance and providing mentorship to foster growth.
  • Cultivates and nurtures relationships with corporate and institutional partners.
  • Conceptualizes and deploys promotional campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Partners with various internal and external groups to boost the company's brand visibility and market position.

Requirements for the Role
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in account management.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated aptitude for team leadership, mentorship, and motivation, with a focus on resolving conflict and promoting teamwork.
